WOD

Every minute, on the minute, for 20 minutes:
Minute 1 – 30 Double-Unders + 2 Wall Climb
Minute 2 – 10 Front-Racked Alternating Reverse Lunges (RX50/35kg) (Scale40/25kg)
Minute 3 – 15 Push Ups

Minute 4  20 Ab Mats

SKILL:  BRING SALLY – BACK SQUAT
RX: 60/40kg
INT: 40/25kg
SCALED: 20/15kg
