Even: 50 Double unders
WOD - Conditioning
“Team”
Teams of two, 5 Rounds each of:
Run 200 Meters
2 Power Clean
4 Push Press (115/75 lbs)
8 Burpees Over the Barbell
4 Push Press (115/75 lbs)
2 Power Clean

one athlete completes a full round while the other rests, then switch.
Time Cap 30 min
