SKILL - Hang Power Snatch

 Monster Mash / By Sherwood

Begin at 0:00
     21-15-9
  • Thruster 40/30kg
  • Kettlebell Swing 24/16kg
  • Knees to Elbows

Begin at 10:00
      3 Rounds for time:
  • 20 Box Jump 60/50cm
  • 400m run
  • 15 Hang Power Snatch 30/20kg

Begin at 30:00
      AMRAP 10 minutes of:
  • Burpee and Pull-up Ladder
  • 2/2, then 4/4, then 6/6, etc, etc
  • Continue until you hit 10 minutes
