2. Max reps of Box Jump
3. Max reps of Pull Up
4. Max reps of Russian KBS, 24/16kg

Unidade 2:

Técnica:

TGU - Turkish Get Up

3 rounds for time:

TGU x 6 reps (3 para cada lado)
Front Squat (50/35kg) (40/25kg) x 10 reps
KBS (24/16kg) (16/8kg) x 10 reps
