SKILL:  power snatch
                5 x 3


With a continuously running clock:
For time:
  • 21 Deadlifts 100/60kg
  • 200m run
  • 15 Deadlifts
  • 200m run
  • 9 Deadlifts
  • 200m run
Rest 5 minutes & repeat, but:
  • Change Deadlift to Thruster 40/25h
Rest 5 minutes & repeat, but:
  • Change Thruster to Power Snatch 35/20
Stop the clock.
