With a continuously running clock:
For time:
- 21 Deadlifts 100/60kg
- 200m run
- 15 Deadlifts
- 200m run
- 9 Deadlifts
- 200m run
Rest 5 minutes & repeat, but:
- Change Deadlift to Thruster 40/25h
Rest 5 minutes & repeat, but:
- Change Thruster to Power Snatch 35/20
Stop the clock.
